Join us as Jennifer Ward-Lealand opens the official launch of Cafe Theatre’s monthly live play readings. Our first play will be ‘Thanksgiving in the Wilderness’ by Kellie Powell.

Bingham, president of the Quail Valley Country Club, is in a difficult position. His newly hired hand, Justin, is in love with the waitress, Louise, and the golfer he thought would play for his club has switched sides, recruited by his rival country club manager Dickie, and the huge bet he has wagered is now likely to be lost. Fortunately Justin is quite a good golfer and Bingham finagles his nomination to the club. Justin does not disappoint, but then becomes unglued when Louise loses her engagement ring down the toilet. 
Enter Bingham's wife, finding him much too close to Pamela, his vice president. Can Bingham find a replacement and save the day?  Come along and find out!

This will be a fun evening with plenty of shits and giggles to be had.
